Skill Required

Job Responsibilities
- Organizing campaigns and meetings with the farmers.
- Conduct research and field checks, perform tests, identify and solve problems related to plant or soil nutrition, damage from insects or diseases, weather or climate changes, or the use of specialized products, such as pesticides, fertilizers, etcÂ
- Conduct field visits to observe and collect Soil, Water and Plant samples and testing them to identify the problems. Â
- Contribute to product development, crop modelling and support sales in technical aspectsÂ
- Generating reports and presenting findings to management, clients, or other interested parties

- Training and Capacity Building for the Field Assistants.
- Diagnose clients’ management and production problems
- Analyzing and interpreting crop data to prepare appropriate advisory.
- Solve problems (e.g. Deficiencies, Disorders, Diseases) and create solutions, including organizing and conducting field trials
- Collaborate with clients (e.g. Farmers, Agricultural Businesses) in order to identify and evaluate business and technical requirements.
- Schedule and make regular visits to clients
- Gather relevant information (e.g. as requested by clients) and keep up to date with any relevant developments
- Conduct classes or deliver lectures, presentations and demonstrations on subjects such as farming techniques, business management and new regulations
- Maintain client records (e.g. services provided to clients, the effects of advice given), manage budgets and accounts, prepare reports.

- Conducting farmer meetings, organize campaigns, ensuring good relationships with farmers.
- Collecting service charges from the farmers as promised in the service contract.
- To collaborate with advisors for smooth functioning of advisory system.
